Jacksonville Youth Works, Inc. (JYWI) is committed to empowering youth ages 14–25 by providing training, mentorship, and leadership opportunities that foster self-sufficiency and community impact.

We operate as a Community Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) with a vision to rebuild Jacksonville’s underserved neighborhoods through workforce development, affordable housing initiatives, and youth leadership programs.
