Program Overview
Jacksonville Youth Works, Inc. (JYWI) operates the Impact Builders Success Institute (IBSI), a paid youth workforce development program designed to prepare opportunity youth for employment, education, and long-term career success.
IBSI combines workforce readiness training, hands-on experience, mentorship, and employer and education pathways.
Program Details
Program Length:
- 10–12 weeks (Summer 2026 Cohort)
Who We Serve:
- Opportunity youth ages 14–25
Some partner programs serve specific age ranges.
